Booking Policy

Number of room guests: If your room reservation is for example two adults as confirmed in writing, no additional persons are allowed to stay within this room. If you wish another person to stay within your room you must notify the reception staff, additional bedding costs will apply (subject to extra bedding availability and maximum guests allowed room configuration constraints). 

Deposit Policy

No prepayment is needed. Credit card details will be required for bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified less than 24 hours before 2pm on check-in date, or in case of no-show, the first night rate of the reservation will be charged.
Once checked in, 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or modification requests. 1 night rate will be charged if less than 48 hours notice, the unused amount will be credited or refunded. T&Cs apply.

No Show Policy

Please note, in case of no-show, the first night rate of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults at this property.
The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If you're travelling with children, add them to see correct price and occupancy information.
Cot and extra bed policies:-
0+ years - Extra bed upon request - AUD 15 per person, per night- Cot unavailable
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Check-in Policy

*There is no age requirement for check-in.
*A government issued valid ID proof will required.
*For early morning check-ins, please book your room for the day before to secure an early check in.

Other Policy

Pets are not allowed. Departure later than 10am will incur a charge up to the full nightly rate. No smoking in the room.
